Ppae-o-nal (빼어날) is a brand identity project for a fictional multidisciplinary design studio based in Korea. The name – ‘빼어날’ – means ‘outstanding’ or ‘exceptional’ in Korean, and the studio incorporates the shape of the Korean alphabet ‘ㅃ(쌍비읍)’ as its identity system to reflect the studio’s cultural background.
